We assess the risks of your organisation’s use of AI, and give you a plan to address them.

We read your contracts and policies with a lawyer’s eye, and review your systems with an engineer’s eye.

01The risk assessment report

At the end of the assessment, you receive a report in five parts:

  1. Current state

How your organisation uses technology and AI today.

  2. Gaps

What your policies and procedures lack compared with what the law and standards require.

  3. Risks

The legal, regulatory and operational risks your organisation faces, ranked by priority.

  4. Recommendations

What we advise you to change to close the gaps and reduce the risks.

  5. Remediation plan

What can be done right away, and what will take longer.

02From request to delivery

  1. Introductory call

We learn about your organisation and how it uses technology and AI.

  2. Agreement

Together we set the scope and cost of the assessment, and sign a confidentiality agreement before you share any information.

  3. Information gathering

A questionnaire, interviews with your team, and a review of your policies, contracts and the tools you use.

  4. Analysis

We compare your current state with the laws and standards that apply to your organisation.

  5. Delivery

We present the report to you in a meeting and walk you through the remediation plan.
