Introductory call
We learn about your organisation and how it uses technology and AI.
The length of the assessment is set during this call, according to the size of your organisation and the scope of the assessment.
Agreement
Together we set the scope and cost of the assessment, and sign a confidentiality agreement before you share any information.
Information gathering
A questionnaire, interviews with your team, and a review of your policies, contracts and the tools you use.
Analysis
We compare your current state with the laws and standards that apply to your organisation.
Delivery
We present the report to you in a meeting and walk you through the remediation plan.
