Who we are

This website (maatech.org) is operated by Maعtech. We are the controller of the personal data you send us through the website, within the meaning of Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its executive regulations.

What we collect

Only what you type into the assessment request form: your name, organisation, role, email address, phone number if you add one, and your message.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising tools.

Why we use it

We use your data only to answer your request and arrange the introductory call, on the basis of the consent you give when you send the form. We do not sell it or share it with anyone for marketing.

How it is sent and where it is kept

• The website itself stores nothing from the form. It sends it straight to [email protected] as an email.
• The email is kept in our mailbox with our hosting and email provider (Hostinger).
• The website runs through Cloudflare’s network for speed and protection, which may process technical data such as IP addresses.

How long we keep it

We keep your message while we discuss your request. If it does not lead to an engagement, we then delete it.

Your rights

Under the Law you have the right to:

• know what data we hold about you, and access it;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• ask us to correct, update or delete your data;
• ask us to limit processing to a specific scope;
• be notified of any breach affecting your data;
• object to processing that conflicts with your rights.
